You Me At Six

You Me At Six
Over the past decade, British rock band You Me At Six have undoubtedly cemented themselves as one of the UK’s most influential bands within their genre. After several number one albums, numerous world tours and Top 10 records under their belts, they have now released their highly anticipated eighth studio album, ‘Truth Decay’ – this project sees the quintet, headed up by Josh Franceschi, returning to their emo roots and depicts an unapologetic and raw depiction of the modern world we live in. EQUATE’s exclusive Zine celebrates the band’s enormous success through the lens of a photo story by photographer Eva Pentel. Pre-order HERE.

‘With ‘Truth Decay’ I want our fans to inhabit these songs and have them as their own. The best outcome is that they feel understood and accepted and that they wrote these songs themselves. The most powerful thing is if you can create stuff that becomes an anthem for others and it feels like you’re singing their story. I think that’s a really cool thing. I want people to feel better after listening to our music. First you create for yourself but then after that you just hope that people take it into their headphones and hearts’
